Please see below the response I got to my last email asking them why the goods had not arrived or been shipped in the time frame quoted. I asked them not to send the goods as I had sourced them elsewhere. They still sent them, a full week after I told them not to and the below is the response to my email telling them not to ship. The below is the response I got. I have not edited it at all:
