Ordered product.
#1 They sent more than I ordered.
#2 They also charged a $9.95 gift S&H on a free gift. Well, obviously not free. And the free gift was not functional for the purposes they stated due to it has minimal capacity and doesn't produce the product as needed.
#3 They send out automated emails to complaints but I have yet to hear from anyone from the company specifically (via email, phone, text).
#3 They refuse returns due to COVID guidelines which have been removed.
#4. They state that it will clean a toilet bowl with foaming cleanser. Well, I have tried this and it doesn't work. In fact, I have tried it several times and it has still not worked.
#5 i would like my money back. If I find the product is useful and it does not harm my pipes then I will officially write an apology. But, at this point, i am reluctant and can tell the public to avoid this company and their continued campaign to swindle the public.
Tip for consumers:
I don't post lightly but this company appears to have a high influence in the advertising/internet community. I need to let others know that the product does not meet the advertised expectations. Therefore, I question every other product that they support. I used this product in my home. it did not perform as they stated in the toilet bowl. I will never have to scrub under the toilet rim. This product does not address this issue and it does not dispense with pink or yellow urine buildup.
I am so disappointed that this company is from ND. I expect nothing but integrity from the people that I grew up with. I ordered some products. Never received but kept getting emails to rate the product that I was supposed to have ordered.
Got on their Chat line and spoke with Cheryl. She stated that an email was sent to me on 10/1/18 stating mailing address and billing address were not the same and since I didn't get back to them to correct it by the 9th they cancelled the order. When told I never got an email on the 1st and did not receive a cancellation email on the 9th she stated she was sorry. (But they can get the right email for the review?)
I then sent a review in for the product I didn't receive rating it a 1/5 stating the above reason. Got an automatic email back stating that my review did not meet their guidelines and therefore would not be posted.
P.S. I did check my junk mail folder for the emails on the first and the ninth.
Won 2 products on 8/4/14. One shipped on 8/23/14. The other one is still sitting in FL but was issued a shipping label on the 22nd. Beezid's site states that once products are paid for they are shipped. That is a joke as they were paid for by CC and therefore are paid for.
Still awaiting products. So we will see
