Its my first time to participate in the Philippines Stocks Exchange and through this website, my first time about buying shares and investing is a great experience. Specially with their EIP (easy investment plan) which allows me to be part of SE with an initial fund of P5,000 only. The application is really easy! They have great customer service who answers my noob questions about their system almost immediately!

I ordered a dual band router from their site and paid via my CC in 6mos. Installment. When I test and check the item, I realized that it is not the item that I ordered (it is not a dual band) and decided to return it the following day (that was 9/12/2013). They said that they will evaluate the issue in 5 business days. I tried to contact them via email and customer service hotline to get an update (bcoz its 9/24/2013 already) but their CS agent failed to give an update about it instead I keep on receiving a reply of "we will follow it up sir" every time I call. Their return processing sucks big time and if you don't want to feel the same stress I felt waiting for their update, you should AVOID THEM or else order in COD then check the item thoroughly and make sure don't pay yet to save you from any hassle if in case there's problem with the item and experience stressful return process.
