E. yes mam, I understand, that's no good, can you give me your details, can you repeat that (again and again!), I sincerely apologise, we will work this out, are you sure?, I will have to check with my supervisor, oh, no mam... you should have it by now, you need to check your mail box... aaagghghghghh!

Also - when someone, if they ever do, finally gets back to you - they are patronising and keep giving you more hoops to jump through i. E. be patient, please be understanding, requests more info i. E. order numbers, personal info and so on (even though you have provided over and over again), they keep you going around in circles "we will work something out" - yet nothing ever happens and you get so worn down you just give up and cut your losses.
