I ordered seven items and out of seven I received 5 and until now still waiting for the response. I did a live chat and she said check my account and find "my tickets" and I will find the answer. Honest to god I did not see that option when I open my account tab, I must be blind! Very frustrated. The clothes are very reasonable but if you don't get your order ~ it's sucks! They should've email me instead but they didn't.
