I made purchase worth of $173.59 from Rose warehouse on the 9th of May, 2015. I received Item June 3rd. I was so shocked when I opened the parcel. All the tops that were ordered were large sizes but what I received in the parcel were XXXSmall looking sizes, but labeled as Large sizes. You can imagine my small head could not fit in. The materials were unbelievable, the look and the quality was completely different from what was showcased on their site. I can't even give it to a beggar. The most worthless material that I have ever seen in my life. I contacted the seller about this. They were apologetic for all the troubles and was offering a 25%, 50% refund in this order to keep the items after each email I sent to them. To summarize my experience, I sent the parcel back to them immediately. And contacted Paypal. The Items has been received by the seller because, I put a tracking number on the parcel which cost me about half of the total cost to send back the items to CHINA. It's been 2 months since the items were sent to China, I am waiting for Paypal to reimbursed my original purchase amount. Because I was told by Paypal that the only time that I will be refunded is when the seller received the items. For The return shipment, I was told that I will not be reimbursed for it. Items has reached seller, I am yet to get my money, still waiting as of August 6th, 2015.

Tip for consumers:
The tracking showed that Items have reached seller since 29th of July, 2015.I sent couple of emails to seller via the medium of communications that I have been using to contact them, seller never responded any more, never confirmed receipt of returned items despite my messages and tracking proof. They pretended not to have received any of the messages. Unlike Paypal, they needed the seller to refund the money to me. directly since it was a direct credit card purchase, but seller never did. So

We do in fact inspect all items before we ship them. We stand behind every item we sell so we will contact this customer and offer to exchange this item for him. If she still wants to keep it we will work out some other accommodation. Our goal is that every customer is completely satisfied with their order.

We will also contact the customer to apologize for the delay and offer an accommodation for their troubles and inconvenience. We feel that this is the least we can do in the circumstances.
