They sent me a dress that had the neckline completely crooked. Instead of hitting at the middle of the chest it hit off center to the right (and no it's not an asymmetrical neckline in the description). I informed them I wanted to return it and requested an address. The response told me I had to pay shipping and then urged me to give it to a friend or relative "to wear as a present." I told them no, I still wanted to return it and needed the address, and they responding again telling me I had to pay shipping, but still gave no address. I'm in my third request for an address and if they don't respond this time I'll have to send the dispute to my credit card company. What a load of garbage.
