I used to think Goldstar was pretty legit. Until recently. I purchased a pair of tickets via their site and 48 hours before the performance, they alerted me that they would not be fulfilling my ticket order. I asked them why all of a sudden the tickets I purchased were no longer available and they basically said 'too bad, it happens.' Not only that, but they did not offer me any sort of help getting the tickets for another date. So if you want to attend an event, with 40% confidence, you can book with them but then when they cancel on you, don't expect an ounce of help. Customer service couldn't even bother responding a second time to me. Will never use them again.
