I had a recent bad experience with Flighthub. Basically, one of the reservations for a flight in my three-flight itinerary disappeared from the Flighthub itinerary and I was not notified. The actual flight was not cancelled, just my reservation was not there any more. Nobody notified me and I found out the day before while trying to do the check in on line. I was abroad, so I had to make a costly long distance phone call to Flight hub. They told me that they would not intercede on my behalf to solve the situation, that it was the air company's fault and that I had to solve it on my own. Lesson learnt: a conventional travel agent would interact for you. Flight Hub only sells you the ticket, period. Besides, they do not have a free phone number to call from abroad and they do not advertise an email address to contact them. Probably all this is spelled out in small print in their homepage. I phoned later when I came home to confirm that this was their policy. I guess in the future I will buy directly from the airline or use a conventional travel agent that may cost you a bit more but will intercede for you if something goes wrong. Caveat emptor
