I, like one of the persons who finally got the return address, returned the dress to the address that they gave me. They gave a different return address to Pay Pal,, because I have a dispute through Pay Pal.
By the way Pay Pal didn't support my complaint and support the company because I sent the dress to the address that they gave me and because don't have a tracking number. I followed Pay pal policy, that is to deal with the company for the reasonable agreement. I did it and finally they gave me a return address and them gave to Pay Pal a different return address, when I had returned the dress. To return the dress to China with a tracking number with UPS cost $165.00, with DHL cost $157.00 and with the United Post office, USPS cost, $130.00. Pay Pal told me that they will only reimburse the amount that I paid for the dress. It not make sense to pay for the return more than what I paid for the dress. I returned the dress and since 03/02/2015, one month I'm waiting for the reimbursement. Pay pal close my dispute in favor of the company because I don't have a tracking number. The company have had received my dress and at this moment I have lost the dress, the money of the return, $30.00; in total I lost $215.00. Don't return the dress, keep it because they are not going to reimburse you any money and you are going to lose all your money.
A federal agency have to do something with this companies that steal customer money. If someone knows the name of any federal agency that deals with this kind of company, please post the name in this site. I will appreciate.
