I've had a terrible time trying to contact Customer Service. After waiting more than 5 days for an email, they sent me a generic email saying that I tried to make more than 1 purchase (Amazon gift card) which isn't true if they bothered to read my email. I'm not asking for the Amazon GC because I know it's probably NOT going to happen. I just want my questions answered. And after I posted that review on their FB, they started to answer my questions.
I still wasn't able to get the Amazon GC. I got some of my questions answered. Not as directly as I would like, but I don't expect much from them.
I also got 3 different answers as to why my order was canceled. The answers contradicted each other. It makes it sounds like they're making up reasons as tow why my order was canceled or beating around the bush because they don't want to admit they made a mistake. I'm still not sure why it was canceled, but there's no way to get the GC.
Customer Service could use a lot of improvement. I never got a reply to my emails that I sent a week ago. I didn't get replies to my Tweets either. And I had to be very proactive on Facebook to get a private message. I had to directly ask for a PM. They need to work on their customer service. Their FB says they will respond to emails within 24-48 hours. Not true. They need edit that or add a disclaimer.
