My orders shipped Sept. 2 and another Sept. 14 and now it is Nov. 5 and I still do not have either order. I understand that I opted for the free shipping which they do say that it can take up to 45 business days but that is ridiculous. I have shopped online before and have never had to wait this long with any other company. At this point I want my money back.
