Its been two months and I still have not received my package, a refund, or any sort of response. I was given a fake tracking number, their phone number does not work, and they haven't responded to a single message or email. This is the the worse website and costumer service I've ever had to deal with. It doesn't deserve a single star, maybe a lawsuit or two.

Thank you for your comment. We are really sorry that you still have not got your package.
If you have not paid for the tracking number then we normally will send your package by flat mail which cannot track online and the number that we sent to you is the package number not the tracking number.

We would be grateful if you could go to your local post office to check if your package has arrived. It is possible that your package may have already arrived at your local post office. If you still cannot find it in the post office. We can offer you the refund.
