I ordered a workbench with this company. I first placed an order that later on had to get canceled since it was so heavy! I then was told to wait to receive a cancellation email before reordering. I never received such an email. I had to call the Sales Rep that placed the order. This was a week later, and then 2 days later I received a very generic email from Jessica, "Your order has been canceled." I still don't know if I got charged since it was placed on another corporate card. I then called back the Sales Rep, she got a quote for me as I needed the workbench to be delivered to a specific lab where I would later have someone else assemble. I waited 2 extra days for this quote that was $400 more... I just agreed since it was a hazard for an employee to carry. The delivery company came, and refused to go into my office! So now I have a huge and heavy box sitting outside. I immediately called the Sales Rep where she later on transferred me to customer service only to hear "dead silence." So I hung up and directly called CS. I gave the customer service rep my order number, and she states that I was never charged this service. I had to have her pull up the original canceled order to show the same items were ordered, but a $400 delivery difference. She then placed me on hold to verify this... um hello common sense that I was charged for this delivery service. She then said she would contact that delivery service to see what would happen. This happened on a Friday and I am on PST so I was willing to give it until Tuesday morning for an answer for them to either take it into the office or refund. On Wednesday (3 days after contacting) I finally called customer service. They said my refund was pending approval. I made them refund me at that very moment. So overall, terrible, and I mean terrible communication with this company. It took a month for this whole ordering and receiving.
