Update: customer service reached out to me and offered to refund me my order. For some reason, they refunded $56 when my order was for $58... not sure why, but at this point, I'm ok with this resolution.
All size are probably asian chart, and therefore all the things we ordered are way too small. They made me send pictures, recap all my orders, only to tell me it's my fault that it doesn't fit (adult XL doesn't fit my 13 year old boy...) and that they won't take the clothes back. I lost $58...
Don't buy from them, you will regret!
