I ordered the 24 hour turn around package mainly for the extra features, linked in updates and even bought an added 75.00 package for listing my resume.

After days of waiting for my resume I sent a cancellation and waited to hear back. 3 days later I got an email containing a new resume that was closer to complete but among other problems now had my city misspelled.

I let them know I had already cancelled and they offered 75.00 back, I had paid almost 300. The cheaper service was 100 I offered to compromise at that since they still had not finished the job. They refused.

I am now leaving feedback and starting a dispute with my credit card as well as legally.

This company obviously can't follow through with it's commitments but thinks it can just push clients over.
