I sent Southtree four separate orders from March 2015 through April 2015. Just got a chance to start going through all of the DVD's I got back... Not good at all. Only one of the orders did not have a problem. I'm not talking about little problems; I'm taking about sending 20 tapes in and only getting 18 back, some not playing at all, getting someone else's videos... No doubt they will do what they can to fix it but I don't know how they are going to fix some of the problems.
