Not only do they offer quality computer and laptop repairs but their customer service is simply outstanding. They are one of the rare company to offer such level of expertise and service! I highly recommend them.

Once payment is made, they keep on giving excuses to buy time. Payment goes through Wise and once payment is made, it is final. So, you lose your money in front of your eyes and can't do anything about it because the company won't deliver the service and Wise won't look into the matter. I had bad experience with them and will only tell you to run away from these scammers!

I've been using Shipito for several years and they were excellent. However, recently things have changed drastically. Charges and fees have increased which I do understand but unfortunately they also apply changes where they shouldn't just to have you pay more than required.
For example, I requested consolidation of several packages to be shipped to my country. I paid the required fees and they did the consolidation. I then paid for the consolidated packages to be shipped. Now, they cancelled the shipment and said that 2 of the items can't be shipped because they contain loose battery. I was surprised because both items have their batteries built into the product which is as per IATA requirements. I spoke to the customer service to explain that these products are eligible to be ship by air but they insisted that there is no way to ship these products by air. My only solution was to split the main package and remove the 2 problematic items (problematic according to them). This means that I had to pay them to split the package. Another surprise for me - when the package was split, the main one which is now lighter in weight is costing more that it was before removing the 2 products. Still, I paid for it and it was finally shipped.
Now, the second package with the 2 products (problematic items according to them) was still in warehouse and they do not agree to ship it to another freight forwarder. I therefore make another request for this one to be shipped... And you know what - they shipped it without any issue! But the thing is - I paid another $73 for this shipment (excluding the split fees etc...). They fooled me so that I spent another $80 something when the products were eligible to be shipped in the very same package. They are just looking for all stupid excuses to steal your money!
I will never recommend or use Shipito services again! NEVER!

They do provide an excellent service and great email/phone support. You can rely on them for fast consolidation and shipping of your packages. I highly recommend them and their quality of service. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Amazon is definitely a great site where you can get almost everything and you are safe to buy. However, you might encounter issues with sellers and that is why it is important to check the seller review score before buying from a specific seller. Amazon is indeed a great marketplace.

I have been looking and trying a couple of companies to forward my parcels but most of them will charge a fee to get a US address and their shipping price are simply exaggerated. I finally came across Stackry where they don't charge anything and offer you an address for free. Best of all is that they are very professional, they processed your arrived parcels very very quick and even consolidated and prepare your shipments promptly. The shipping cost, even though for international is very affordable especially when you consolidate several items together. Up to now, I have nothing to complain about and I am 200% happy with them.
