I've been fighting with customer service for 4 weeks. It takes them longer to respond to each message and their story is always the same... insufficient stock... shipped late... you misunderstood the shipping and handling policy.

Then I found this sitejabber and realized there are people who have been waiting months for their order... and I'm never going to get mine.

So... I just reported the to the federal trade commission.

I have no idea if it will do any good... but maybe if everyone who's had a bad experience files a complaint... they'll do something about it. It only took about 5 min and they let you decide how much personal info you want to share. Oh... and I totally emailed the idiot in customer support at dresslily and told them I had reported them. Maybe they won't care... but I like to think she's peeing her pants right now wondering if the US govt is coming after her

I can't rate the products I purchased because I'M NEVER GETTING THEM! The tracking # they gave me...
