I have ordered a few things from this website, and I would actually consider it to be pretty decent. I've only bought jewelry from them, so I can't speak for the quality of their clothes or other accessories, but I was very happy with the quality of my items, especially for the price. Shipping does take a while, but this is stated on their FAQ. With my last order there was a pair of earrings that must have gone out of stock as I was ordering, and while I was told they would be shipped separately, to my surprise, they came with the rest of the order. Support is helpful and polite, though sometimes they can be hard to understand, which I attribute to language barrier (everything I've bought has shipped from China so I assume this is where the company's based).
