Lots of frustration finding things; e.g., how to change quantity. Also I ordered frames that said "delivered by Tuesday" (2-day) but at the end it says 7-10 days.

Also, in the past lenses that looked to fit me in the picture were too large when I got them. I hope this one will be better.

I've bought tons of stuff and any problems (which are rare) are dealt with MORE than fairly in my experience. Great customer service. Sure, it would be nice to have a phone number prominently posted on the web site and a person to answer as soon as the phone rings. I'd like to live to 200 too. But as things go here on earth, Amazon.com earns an A+.

I appreciate that they publish all reviews, positive and negative, so you get a good sense of what people think of a hotel or other business. I hardly ever look at guidebooks anymore because I find tripadvisor more reliable. In contrast, I posted a moderately negative review of a hotel on Agonda (along with other positive ones) and Agonda didn't publish it. I think Tripadvisor would publish it and give the owner a chance to respond, which is much more helpful and consumer-friendly.
