“Horrible, horrible horrible!”

Horrible, horrible horrible! Never ever more! Ordered some clothes in november with fast delivery around 6-7 days. Nothing arrived. In 2-3 weeks after constant communication and pushing from my end - they figured out that delivery failed their side. I didn't need the goods that late, so asked for refund. Now it's been 3 (!) months of constant messaging - AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK.the ticket with support desk has been forcefully closed by their side - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
