After making a complaint concerning companys refund policy - Ms. Cecilia contacted me asap and promised to take back my daughters prom dress. We decided to resell the dress, because it wasnt fitting my daughter in the end. But any how, I am pleased now with the companys refund policy. Thank you Amber Chang and Ms. Cecilia!
