Your site crashed and removed most of my items from my bag and put back in some I had deleted. It took me couple of hours to redo the order by which time the prices had considerably increased. So I vastly reduced my original bag.

The shopping bag that I put through and for which the payment was to be$412.50 and had about 40 or so items. When I went through to pay there were only 30 items in the bag. None of the jewellery and 9 missing items of clothing How did this happen and what can I do? If I make another shopping bag I will probably be charged postage as it won't qualify for free postage. What a horrible mix-up.

We have been having problems with having the correct values applied to our packages and we have been upset at the recent hike in the cost of shipping our packages to Australia. Angel has resolved both these issues to our total satisfaction. We no longer feel the need to look for another shipper.
