The shopping bag that I put through and for which the payment was to be$412.50 and had about 40 or so items. When I went through to pay there were only 30 items in the bag. None of the jewellery and 9 missing items of clothing How did this happen and what can I do? If I make another shopping bag I will probably be charged postage as it won't qualify for free postage. What a horrible mix-up.
