I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We offer an initial amount for 14 days access, which auto- renews into our monthly service if not cancelled. Customers can create unlimited resume and cover letters for each position they are applying, and there are features to print, email and download. A monthly subscription avoids interruption on the service. Customers can cancel at any time.
