They said tghey would refund my money for the item never recieved and they have! I did say it would be 10-25 days before I looked at my account but the statement came today and t was recieved.
It is a shame as they promise so much and the items look so lovely. I do hope they look to improving their services.

Tip for consumers:
stick to your guns! they said they would send me a gift??? WTF? they can't send the original order!!
