DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed my order on March 2nd and they told me I would receive my order in 3-5 business days due to the fact that I paid for expedited shipping. I was expecting my order by the 15th of March due to the fact that I had plans for what I ordered. I also paid 17 dollars and change for expedited shipping and STILL it DID NOT get to me in 3-5 business days. In fact, I received the package around the 24th of March which is ALMOST A WHOLE MONTH. The customer service is horrible as i stated in my previous review. The reason why i am writing another review is because when I got the dresses that I ordered, one of the dresses had a defect to it (of course). You get what you pay for! They look great ONLINE but they are not that great once u get the items. The way dresslily.com handles the situation is beyond annoying. I told them I wanted my money back that I paid for expedited shipping which was again 17 dollars and at first they offered me a 6% discount on my next order(as if I would be dumb enough to order from them again. Hmmph!) When I refused their stupid 6%, they offered me a refund of 5 dollars... yes 5 dollars, WOW. ANYWAY, SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND THE TIME AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. I will not be ordering from dresslily.com again. I listed as Globalegrow because that is where the Refund came from and I could not do a review on dresslily.com twice.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSLILY.COM. THIS IS THE WORST SITE POSSIBLE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! THEY TAKE VERY LONG TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS. I was told I would get my items in 3-5 business days and i paid for expedited shipping. IT HAS BEEN WAY PAST 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AND STILL I HAVE NO PACKAGE AND MY CARD WAS CHARGED. I write their customer service team and although it says they will respond in 24hrs they take up to almost a week to get a response from them. When they finally respond, the answer they give u is no where near the questions or concerns u addressed. At this point I just want my money back. I don't even want the stupid clothes. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN AND I DON'T THINK ANYONE ELSE SHOULD. IT IS A FRAUD SITE. IF YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY MONEY FOR NOTHING IN RETURN, BY ALL MEANS GO AHEAD AND ORDER FROM THEM. I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN. HMMPH!
