Beware! Once you deposit your money with them, you will never see your money ever again. Totally impossible to withdrew your money back and the '24/7 support' never replies.
I was one of many others scammed by this company.
Tip for consumers:
Never put your trust with companies recommended without seeking for reviews.
Never trust your 'Online date' with money.
Bought a dough processing machinery and got rusting, damaged, low standard crup.
I've opened a dispute with Alibaba and was sent by them time after time to negotiate with the supplier which didn't cooperate in resolving the dispute.
Knowing that I have trade assurance to secure my purchase I've contacted Alibaba again which kept asking for more time and more profs. 10 month later I've requested to put an end to that endless saga and get a refund and the answer was that I need to open new dispute...!
Alibaba waisted my time and my money, they didn't protect the trade as they stated. Eventually, my time and money wasted for nothing!
Tip for consumers:
Note that Alibaba 'Trade assurance' means NOTHING and is not protecting your money in case of dispute!
