I do manage to get a check every time that one should be cut, however it is usually not for what it should be, It is like playing a crap shoot, in that sometimes you get what you should, and sometimes not. Much like many of the reviews I've read I'd call customer service and also write but to no satisfaction. I found that it is not worth the time and trouble, I guess that as a rule I end up with more than I would have, had I not gone on your site at all. That being said, It still does not say much for your business practices.
