I ordered 20 aquarium pumps and received only 2
(bag had been badly ripped and destination shipper was USPS) USPS said "Tough".
I had not ordered from Banggood before and was a little nervous at this point...
I emailed Banggood customer service, and "wonder of wonder",
Received an immediate response. After verifying order numbers and a few details,
Customer service said they would immediately send the pumps and
Sure enough a few days later I received 18 pumps.
