Hi Folks, Just an update to my other posts to let you all know to do the same as myself. I got in touch with my bank as I paid for the ''dress'' by Visa Debit. I sent everything to them every email from DylanQueen.co.uk also the email I received from the Chinese Consumer Council who couldn't help, but my bank fought my corner and I am now in receipt of the full amount I paid, I honestly took a shot in the dark that paid off... I could've accepted the 20% refund that was offered but refused each time... Please don't take the defeatist attitude fight tooth and nail dont let them win!... Good Luck to you all I hope you get same results as I did...
