I just signed up with DealDash and was browsing through the website unknowingly I bid on something. The charge went through my account I called Customer Service and was helped by Matthew D. Who was very understanding and gave me a refund. He also gave me a quick review on how things work on DealDash and let me keep the bidpoints that I bought by mistake.He also sent me some useful information with my refund notice.
