When I ordered the item I was told it would take from 8 to 15 days for me to receive my item. It has been one month and now I am told it may not arrive for another month and if I don't get the item within 2 months for me to contact them. For over one week I have called the number over 5 to 10 times per day and always busy. I have tried to contact them by chat and I am always told that all of their people are busy and this is the same message I get all day long 7 days per week. I have complained to them by email and get a reply for me to wait another month and if the item does not arrive for me to contact them. This is BS they should not be allowed to do business in the U.S.
