I renewed my yearly membership to Club Pogo, and began to have problems with the site. I could no longer play games I played every day. I could not find any way to report the problem. I did EVERYTHING the HELP site told me to do. Nothing worked. I finally got an email from a tech and did everything he told me to do. He kept saying the problem was my computer. When he requested I cut/paste and send info to him about my computer, I never heard from him again. The problem is still ongoing. I cannot get a refund and I cannot get the problem resolved. There is no way to contact Club Pogo Customer service. I Paid $$ for nothing.
