Had a question to resolve and left an e-mail not expecting a response or a positive resolution that happens often with so many 'blind' e-mails. Well, forget that. JibJab customer service is fast, prompt, on target and exactly what you would hope for. Timely resolution to my inquiry, really neat reply and I could tell they cared about me as an individual customer. Thanks so much! I will recommend you all to everyone I know!
