Ordered two items. Received one item in an envelope. Didn't notice that the second item was supposed to be there too. Just assumed it was shipping later. Never received the second item. Contacted customer service and chat multiple times. Told they needed photos of packaging and shipping label (thrown out long ago) and items to prove that I received the shipment. Refused to understand that I couldn't send any pics except of the item I did receive. So they have my item and my money. By the way, their reps refuse to do anything but send email to send pictures and call you a 'Dear Friend'. With 'friends' like that, who needs enemies?
