I placed an order with Sammy Dress for a top I saw advertised and have yet to receive it. I placed the order the first part of January and today, February 25th still no top. I too reached out to customer service to inquire about the order and they told me since I did not pay for tracking info I just have to wait for it to arrive. With the other complaints I've read, I'm surprised this site is not shut down by the powers to be. They just take your money. Lesson learned.

We wish to start off by telling you that we are extremely sorry about the situation. We have clearly been remiss on our end and will endeavor to resolve it to the customer's satisfaction.
Usually, if you chose the flat rate shipping without unregistered mail, the shipping time will be slower than other shipping methods.
From time to time with thousands of shipments there will be an occasional issue with shipping. Our procedure is designed to handle situations like this one quickly and efficiently. For this customer we were neither quick nor efficient and for that reason, we are retracing what exactly went so wrong so we can avoid such inefficiencies in the future.
You can tell us your order number firstly, we will check ASAP for you.
