Charged me for an item that was later not shipped and refuses to answer my refund and compensate after several attempts providing them with the "Tracking number" that they gave me. I forwarded their email stating that the items had been shipped but I still get a response in HongKong at the top and an English version that auto replies - "this is not the tracking number". I'm done and will file a complaint with the FTC, DOJ and BBB.
