An absolute nightmare is the only way I can discribe this company. I closed my seller account in early 2014 only to receive an email over a year later to claim I owed amazon £1.02p on the account. They insisted my account was not closed and could not be closed until I paid them the £1.02p. They sent emails from noreply email addresses. I explained to them in my Emails written on their website that any balance was cleared in 2014 and that no money was owing to them. Evidence of this was that I could not access the closed seller account! I shall never sell on amazon ever again. They were not bright when my seller account was open. They're a nightmare when it's closed! They will need to explain should they go to court why it took them well over a year to request £1.02p and why an account which according to them is not closed, cannot be accessed. They would also not talk to me over the phone unless I gave them my credit card number which I refused to do!. They claimed this was their policy for identifying people. But this is not true because when I have called them before they did not ask for this information. Be aware!

I have given this company 1 star but really it should not have any stars at all. Their set up an alert is mixed up with log in to your google account which if you have more than one Email address mixes up the Email addresses for your responses and causes you to have to go through a repeat process which even links to your internet provider. What a waste of people's time! Then there are the continual pestering messages about security processes. There is no exuse for vanity!. The whole world is not interested in little you in your little room trying to search the internet. If google could get that into their thick heads we could all be able to search the internet and use their services in peace. Unfortunately, they are determined to make your life a missery with their demands and logging in processes. For God's sake google grow up!

I have to say that having used Quick time for some years I must report that in my opinion this is the most useless piece of video playing software ever to encounter the computer world! To make matters worse, and if you like to add insult to injury Quick time are quick to point out that if videos do not play it is because of missing codecs, but of course they do not tell you what these codecs are. Well, if they are quick to notice when your Quick time needs updating why are they not able to download these codecs to you? You know we can all go through life excusing ourselves and blaming it on customers when something we do does not work. I do not accept their excuses and suggest they make sure their applications are equipped with the necessary codecs to play videos in the normal way.

Does anyone get a reply from anyone on Zousk? I don't mean a 'tell me more about yourself' reply, I mean an actual reply that is meaningful from someone on the site? You see no one on the site needs to ask you to tell them more about yourself because all they have to do is see your profile on the site. Many of the photos don't look authentic to me either. I gave my number to 150 women on this site and I didn't get one call.

I think this is an awful website. Good job it's free. First and not least is that you are not allowed to corresond with anyone in their 20s ro 30s if you are outside that age group Forget that it will not happen. Even if you decied on the age range in the advanced feature you are still not allowed to seach for anyone outside 14 years of your age range. Better to pay for a site and know that everyone can see you and make their own decisions than decide on this site for free in my opinion. Go for it.
