I was apprehensive about buying anything shipped direct from China but I am pleasantly surprised. The shipping was super quick - order placed on 5/11/16 and received on 14/11/16. The item is well made and good quality (even lined which I wasn't expecting), and the sizing was accurate.
Unbeknown to me, TNT 'recycle' their shipping numbers so initially it looked like my parcel had been received at an address in Poland. When I queried this with yourselves, you replied by return and explained I needed to select my address from the drop down menu - great customer service.

If it were possible to award no stars, I would. EXTREMELY disappointed. When I initially made contact and was very specific with my ideas, I was assured this was no problem. Money was duly paid. Unbeknown to me, the web design process was then passed to web.com in USA
The website designed was atrocious and despite providing the specific text I needed, this was altered or omitted. EVERY email was ignored and a genetic reply received. It was not possible to log on and make changes myself.
Scoot finally admitted what I wanted was beyond their capabilities and I should not have been sold the package... However they have since failed to refund the design package fee and had the audacity to charge a hosting fee although they were hosting nothing. Every ema to Scoot is ignored, no phone call ever returned and predictably, the full refund we'd been assured of failed to materialise. Scoot customer service is a DISGRACE and non existent

I was after a website designing and hosting and knowing very little (nothing!) I was sold a design package for £140 plus vat and the hosting at £30 plus vat each month. I could not have been more specific with what I wanted and wrote the text for the website - i don't think they ever even read this. I specifically asked verbally and in writing that I did not want the website live until I had seen it. This they totally ignored. Every email I sent I got a generic reply, further endorsing the fact that they did not read my emails. After wasting approximately 6 weeks, they eventually admitted they were unable to design my site and offered a refund which I am still waiting for. I was sold the 'deal' by a company called Scoot.com yet they passed to web.com to design. The customer service is atrocious and I did not know at the time, web.com are based in the States. The whole experience has been dreadful and I would recommend NEVER use this company or Scoot.com. They have wasted 6 weeks of my time and I needed my site up and running by December. I am now having my site built by a freelance designer who knows what he is doing

Despite placing my order on 19 November and paying for 5-9 day shipping my order has never arrived. I have managed to communicate with Soufeel who maintain the order is with shipping company and email will be received shortly, be patient, another 4 days etc etc - another stalling tactic. I started a Paypal claim and surprise, surprise I received a message this morning stating that I had given an incorrect postcode for shipping. I fortunately took a screen shot of my order at time of placing and address details are CORRECT - both those on Paypal and those given to Soufeel
