If I could give negative stars, I would. You don't even deserve one star. We booked a flight for my daughter to come home for Christmas and had to change the incoming flight. After a $35 charge just to make the reservation, a $70 charge, there's also another $13 charge for who knows what. In the process of changing the incoming flight they also changed her outgoing flight from 7pm to 7 am on Christmas Day. Merry Christmas. When I called the guy had a nasty attitude, asking me "didn't you check the email" yeah but I assumed it was still 7 pm cause I didn't ask to change it. Now they're telling me it'll be a $200 fee to fix THEIR mistake! So he said he's sending an email to the guy who made the original change and he'll call me back to explain. I won't hold my breath, I'm pretty sure that call won't come. Your customer service is horrible, it's ridiculous that you change flights you weren't asked to change and then blame me for not reading my email more carefully
