Im Diane T. I wrote a review in the fall of 2014. After all the BS... I took the PC in and they found no viruses etc. Cost 169.00... PC still was dead... finally found a new PC onsale for 400.00. So Im out around 900.00 or more. Unbelievable these JAs are around to suck the fun out of your internet experiences. SHAME ON THEM! May 10,000 diseased *runny* camels take a hundred craps using your chimneys as a potty. Im PRAYING karma really works :) What goes around WILL come around *S*
