This company is the biggest rip off I'm like a lot of people ripped off, I spent all morning on this supposedly free CV writer to find at the end it cost £1.95 which I was not happy about but thought ah well I'll pay it now I've put all this time in it. Then I was charged 22.95 this month when I went on chat I got a sharp answer telling me I hadn't read the subscription correctly. Hopefully its been cancelled. Watch out everybody

Our free account gives you the opportunity to try out our resume builder before deciding to purchase. If you like what you see, we ask you to pay for a subscription. The ability to print, email, or download your resume are only listed as a feature of the paid subscription and are not listed as a feature of the free trial. We're sorry for any confusion.
The subscription that you paid for £1.95 has a recurring billing feature and you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel you will no longer be charged. We explain that the subscription is auto-renewing, underneath the description of the subscription in bullet form. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings! We send out cancellation confirmation email for your records as soon as you have cancelled the service.
