My experience with this transaction was okay. I received the correct items and they are the same good quality and fit as all of the shoes/boots I have purchased from Just Fab. I have mixed feelings about Just Fab and the sales methods. What I don't like is the way they offer sales. New VIPs get better sale prices than veteran VIPs and I don't think that is right or fair. The way they figure sale prices is confusing. Admittedly, the sales offered are very good. My "deal breaker" is the five days at the beginning of each month when buyers have to accept whether or not they want to purchase anything during the month. I have purchased many items because I am too busy to remember to cancel within the timeframe. However, I have not been able to have them send me a reminder that the deadline is approaching. Therefore my only solution is to cancel my VIP status after I use the three credits I have accumulated due to this required action. Like everyone else suffering from the inflation situation, I need to save some money.

My reason for this unfavorable review is to try to save other people, considering a purchase from this company, their money. I made a huge mistake ordering from this company. First of all they sent the wrong bracelets, second the bracelets are gaudy and overpriced, I wrote to the company to ask for return/refund instructions and received the standard "we're will look into the matter," letter. When their reply came they instructed me to send the bracelets back at my expense to China (around $40+ USD). I told them that it was their mistake and they should pay for the return. They would not accept the responsibility for sending the wrong item or agree to pay the postage. At this point, we are at an impasse and it appears that they intend to keep my money and I have two really ugly, overpriced bracelets that are bound for the garbage. They did suggest that I give them as a gift to someone; however, if I wouldn't wear these unattractive pieces of junk, I certainly wouldn't insult someone I like by gifting them this inferior jewelry. If your are reading this, I urge you to keep your money and stay away from this rip-off company.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do business with this company. They will rip you off and you will be stuck with really ugly bracelets. They are uncooperative and their customer service is severely lacking.

Twice I have bought from this company and I should have learned my lesson the first time. Both transactions were problematic. The first items ordered were knockoffs of Ray Ban. I contacted the company and they told me I could returned them, but would have the to pay the shipping costs back to China - over $30. When I protested, they that I could give them away for gifts. I would have been embarrassed to gift something that I, myself, wouldn't wear. The merchandize on the second order was hideous. Both handbags were cheap looking, and I wouldn't wear them in the dark much less carry it in public. When I contacted the company, I received the same response that I did the first time. I will never buy from these people again and I urge anyone considering a purchase from them to step away and don't waste your money.
