I have bought the wig for $124.00US from EWIGS.com and after receiving pretty bad quality product I sent in back to manufacturer. The policy of the company states that 30 days refund will be issued after receiving the wig.
My first contact with the Customer service representative was pretty quick, but strange.
After I mentioned that I have to return the wig due to poor quality (pictures were attached),
I was offered $40and advised to keep the wig. But I didn't WANT this wig, so I sent it back.
It was in December and now all my attempts to contact the Customer service representative (Martin Carter his name) lead me to nowhere. My E-mails get ignored and looks like I will never receive my money back.
I want to WARN people: do not deal with this company EWIGS. Quality is bad, return policy is bluff and all reviews are fake.
Be aware of this scum and do not deal with them!
