I was told the first box was free, so I ordered one as well as an 8 box for a little later in October. But a couple days later I went to purchase something on a different website and my card kept declining. When I checked my bank account, I went from $34 to $1. I am NOT happy about your false advertising.
You better hope your snacks are perfection, because that was not cool!^

We're sorry to hear about some confusion with your order, however I understand our Customer Service team have confirmed that only a $1 payment was billed to you for the shipping of your first box, as confirmed with your order.
We'd recommend checking with your bank about any further charge, as at present this appears to be unrelated - although please don't hesitate to let us know if we can assist you further!
