These people are unethical as the day is long. I found out about them via a "recommended site" ad on Facebook. There were a couple of pairs of Ugg boots in the accompanying photograph and I wanted to have a look, and maybe even, make a purchase. I signed up with my name and e-mail address. Once in the site, guess what? Not one pair of Ugg boots. Bait and switch. I wish I'd read the comments first. There were a few on FB who'd mentioned that they too had not seen any Ugg boots.
In response to my 1st e-mail from them thanking me for joining, I explained that I would forward any future correspondence from them to my spam folder. Even as I have done so, their e-mails still come through. I'll just keep forwarding them to spam. I'll also definitely be sure to spread the word about this rancid company.
Please try one of the legit companies out there (e.g. My Habit, Ideeli, Zulily, Gilt, Amazon, etc)
Hi Desiquai, thank you for taking the time to review BTR. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As we are a flash sales site our events last for a period of 2-4 days. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that items you see in Ads will be on sale at that given time. Please note that these ads are meant to advertise the brands of products that we have featured on our website. Although we do not have any Uggs for sale at this time, we will most definitely have another sale in the future. The best way to see what sales we do have coming up is to keep an eye out for our upcoming events and daily emails. However, if you would like us to unsubscribe you from our mailing list, kindly email us at social@beyondtherack.com, we will be happy to make the changes to your account settings. Please know that we're always here to help. Thank you
