It a nightmare dealing with these people. 13 emails and 5 phone calls to their call centre in the Phillipines. They have 2 Australian phone numbers - one is disconnected and the other rings out! Their people are poorly trained and do nothing for you other than make stupid ill-informed comments - they asked for a screen shot of my payment which I sent. They wrote back the next day and said it showed Groupon crediting my account and not debiting it! Seriously!
I paid for the goods on the 7th January and it is now the 6th February and still no sight of them.
I will NEVER deal with them again. They should be reported to the ACCC for fraudulent and misleading conduct.
