Each time I have called GuruAid for help I have been greeted by a pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable individual who spoke with me first by phone and setup remote access to my PC in order to understand my problem. The "greeter" then forwarded me to a capable technician. In each case, the technician continued the assistance via a chat line interface and did a great job of solving my problems.
Dhaval Shah was the technician who helped me during my latest visit and he was as capable and helpful as any of the GuruAid support staff. However, I have been helped by at least eight staff members with a mix of about half-and-half male and female. Each and every one of these individuals provided a top notch level of support.
In this age of incredibly poor customer service from so many companies, GuruAid stands out as a great example of the way things should be done. I have paid them a substantial amount of money to maintain two laptops in our household for several years to come. When I first made this commitment, I was nervous about the value of my decision because I had tried things like this before and they had not worked out so well. Now that I have had several chances to ask for and receive their help, I am delighted to feel that I actually got this one right.
