I purchased my spouse a Northface winter coat for a Christmas gift and UPS delivered to the wrong people. I contacted Back Country and their Customer Service Agents was sympathetic and resolved my issue promptly! I would do business again and recommend.
I placed an order 3 days ago and still have not received a tracking number although the site states I will receive in 5-7 days. I thought this was the NFLshop.com my daughter asked my for a Patriots Jersey for her bday and then sent me this site... They took the money out of my account but have no way to contact them other than email... HELPPPPPPPPPPPP
After reading all these reviews after the fact I'm a little worried. Are the legit Jersey's?

As others have stated, I almost was turned away from Backcountry by all the negative reviews. But...
I was skeptical to order from back country because of the reviews but they had the best price on...
